Home workout using the stairs! (Video)

1.Toe taps (high knees, step-ups)

2. Lunges

3. Push-ups (hands or feet on step)

4. Squats

5. Calf raises (single or double)

6. Side step with hip hike

7. Plank w. shoulder taps

8. Mountain Climbers

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds (work as hard as you can!) Rest 1 minute after each round. Repeat 3-4×
