Day 2, May Challenge (Tues May 3)
STAIRS!!! (10-15min, depending on fitness level)
Go back inside and finish 30 seconds of each exercise!
Renegade rows (with or without weight)
Inchworm to 1 pushup
Plank position, knee to opposite hand
Who will finish 3 rounds??! Rest 1 minute after each round. Go through exercise 3 total times (3 rounds)!
Set the clock and even if you have to take a quick break, run the clock. You will get better at this as you go. Set up a video so you can go back to see your improvement!!
